Cancellation Policy – BrightDiwali

At BrightDiwali, we work to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please review our Cancellation Policy before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Within 12 Hours

Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing brightdiwalii@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, full name, and registered email address so our team can identify your order.

Cancellation requests are subject to order status and applicable law. Please note that sending a cancellation request does not automatically confirm that the order has been cancelled.

2. Cancellation After 12 Hours

Cancellation requests received after the initial 12-hour window may not be accepted under our standard policy, particularly if the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched.

If you wish to request a cancellation after this period, please contact us at brightdiwalii@gmail.com. Our team will review your request based on the order status and applicable legal requirements.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation is accepted and a refund is due, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method, where possible.

If a cancellation request is not accepted because the order has already been processed or dispatched, a refund may not be available solely on the basis of that cancellation request.

However, this policy does not remove any refund or cancellation rights that apply under applicable law.
